R&D Engineer Responsibilities: *Prepare the product and scheme test specification. Perform the tests and submit the test reports to certification department for validation. *Investigate the local customers’ requirements, research and propose optimized solutions to meet the local market needs. *Deliver accurate experimental results in a timely and effective way, with high quality. *Know how to set up an lab for painting testing. *Manage and maintain lab equipments, keep the environment clean and tidy Qualifications: *Bachelor or Master’s degree in chemistry or related field with 1 year industrial working experience *Substantial background knowledge in the areas of polymer chemistry, physics and processing technology *Very good problem solving skills *Very good communication skill, interpersonal skill and team working skill are essential. *Highly motivated individuals with demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
